People need to know that these animal activist need to stop stomping on people’s rights~

                                                                 and terrorizing the public…

I was attacked by the HSUS a few years back, they did a botched investigation with tunnel vision as well as creating a case as they went with there letter writing/smear campaigns’ I was only a rescue that was saving pets from the south and relocating them 16 hours away to the north. They said that I was a puppy mill, scammer, and abused animals by shipping and selling sick puppies, they charged me with theft by deception 9 counts totaling 90 year prison term. I like how they turned the table and everything they were and are doing is what they charged me with. needless to say after 2 years and 20,000 thousand dollars in attorney's fees I was cleared but had been corrursed to take a plea of attempted theft by deception which was 2 years unsupervised probation. The mere disgust that I feel with the law officials that were supposed to protect me from terriost fed me to them.

The SPCA and local law officials as well as the federal law officials my attorney kept telling me that there was money paid to stop my operation so I was put out of business for 2 years. I was inspected by the local s.p.c.a every 3-6 months for 8 years; there surprise visits I came out clean. I got kind of aggravated and told them don’t come back without a warrant.

The lies and deceit as well as theft that the HSUS is in fact the scammer there cash cow needs to be slaughtered. They need to stop taking away human rights, they should be charged with theft when taking someone’s personal property with out compensation its called theft the last time I checked. There giving our rights to the animals. don’t get me wrong I do believe that there needs to be laws to protect the animals and protecting them from the H.S.U.S and peta as well as the animal shelters that destroy wanted adoptable animals in there care. The animals suffer in there care. I feel that the H.S.U.S and activist/terrorist don't give a damn for animals but all they want is there pockets  lined with the money that is supposed to go for saving and caring for the pets in the United States not to pay themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for advocating there cause when in fact there only cause is to abolish all animals from the earth. These people need to be stopped and stopped fast. There out of control when they have to attack an animal rescue group.

The H.S.U.S cares nothing about pets and saving there lives they line there pockets with the animal lovers money after tugging at there heart strings. I am trying my best to get the word out and share my story as well as warn the people about there hidden agenda they have.

A National Tragedy

We are a nation of cat and dog lovers. But the shelters we expect to provide these animals with a second chance are instead killing millions of them every year. And for far too long, we have been told that there is no other way. More than that, we have been told that the killing is exclusively the public's fault. That  public shelters—through no fault of their own—are merely performing the public's dirty work—with skill, compassion, and dedication. Nothing could be further from the truth.

This year, roughly five million dogs and cats—and countless other animals—will be put to death in our nation’s animal shelter. Their only “crime” is that they have no human address. Others may be sick or injured, but they could be saved with little effort. Unfortunately, they, too, will be killed. And still others are feral cats who should never enter shelters in the first place. But there is hope.

A Reason for Hope

In the last decade, several progressive shelters have put into place a bold series of lifesaving programs and services which have dramatically reduced the death rate in their communities. The resulting success proves that there is a formula for lifesaving, and that if we are to achieve a No Kill nation, it is incumbent upon shelters nationwide to embrace the programs and services which have been proven to save lives.

Join the Crusade

But the challenges we face are great. From entrenched bureaucrats who are content with the status quo, to uncaring shelter directors hostile to calls for reform; from agencies mired in the failed philosophies of the past to those who have internalized a culture of defeatism—the roadblocks to No Kill are substantial, but not insurmountable. We have a choice. We can fully, completely and without reservation embrace No Kill as our future. Or we can continue to legitimize the two-prong strategy of failure: adopt a few and kill the rest. It is a choice which history has thrown upon us. And a challenge that the No Kill Advocacy Center is ready to take on. The No Kill Advocacy Center is the nation’s first organization dedicated solely to the promotion of a No Kill nation. And it is the only national animal welfare agency that is staffed by people who have actually worked in and created a No Kill community.

The power to change the status quo is in our hands.....

Section 1983 to the Rescue

In 2008, volunteers and rescuers teamed up with the No Kill Advocacy Center to file a lawsuit which alleged that their civil rights were being violated as retaliation for going public with their observations of inhumane conditions and neglectful treatment in Los Angeles County shelters.

In applying a federal civil rights statute to this area, the court gave animal activists a powerful weapon to reform the nation’s broken animal shelter system. Volunteers and rescuers no longer have to choose between remaining silent about abuses or risk losing their ability to help some animals by volunteering or rescuing them from death row.

Attorney Sheldon Eisenberg, who brought the ground-breaking lawsuit, argues that “Section 1983,” which was enacted as part of the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 “can now help extend the protection of laws to those individuals committed to safeguarding the welfare and rights of the animals entrusted to our care.”
